Hello
I ordered a package from China on Aug 27,2019 but still have not received it. The tracking # is UE755398630CN
The tracking info says processed by China Post and sent to airline for shipment but nothing else.
Any info or help with the whereabouts of my package is appreciated.

UE755398630CN was sent to airline to US on Sep 3.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left China. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. Both China and destination country give very low priority to sort and deliver this kind of parcel. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you for info. Did you say it was sent to the USA? If so that sounds suspicious as my eBay address on PayPal is Canada and that is where it confirmed it would be shipped to upon purchase?

Sorry. My mistake. The destination is Canada, not USA.
