hola, quería saber que pasa con mi pedido, mi envío es el numero UJ135828427CN y hace dos meses ya que fue el ultimo mensaje en otra pagina de seguimiento el cual era:

UJ135828427CN was shipped on Mar 6. it is still in china post warehouse waiting for flight space to Chile.

this kind of tracking number starting with U is called China Post ordinary small parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
