Please has been over a. Month since got to airline recieve what is happening

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ495210042CN shows the parcel was handed over to airlines on Nov.26, it is still waiting for the flight to New Zealand, it took a long time for getting the airlines space because of the shortage flights.
