Dear Customer Support,

I am writing regarding my order with tracking number LZ461640215CN.

According to the tracking status, the package is marked as "Delivered" as of September 11, 2026. However, I have not received the parcel, nor have I received any notification or slip regarding its pickup.

Could you please investigate this issue with the carrier and provide proof of delivery (such as a signature or exact delivery address details)? If the package cannot be located, I request a full refund or a replacement to be sent.

Magyar Posta shows the parcel was delivered in Budapest 112 posta on Sep 11. You need contact Magyar Posta for more detail.
