http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ123957631CN shows the parcel was received by China Post on Jun.2 , and handed over to airlines on Jun.3. we are not sure when the parcel can be boarded the flight.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows the average wait time for a parcel to CANADA about 54days, I'd suggest wait patiently and watch for your buyer protection period and ask an extension if it is running out soon,or open dispute for a refund.
