Can yiu tell me where my order is pleasetold me 12 to 18 days for delivery and still not had it yet

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ050105922CN was shipped on April 27 from Shuzhou. It was sent to Shanghai airport on May 5. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to UK.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives UK, royalmail.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
