it seems that the train has battery inside. battery is not allowed by most airlines.

Ok thank you for your follow up. The Chinese supplier must have shipping thousands of these toys. I can only assume that they all get shipped with a battery. If this is a problem can they simply take the battery out and reship?

It seems that your seller made mistake and forgot to remove the battery. Not sure if someone will help to remove the battery, the parcel will loop in the scanning machine again and again. Airline normally will not help people to remove batteries.
