It is now over 2 months since this item (LZ009762985CN) was shipped and it hasn’t moved. Please advise why there is such a long delay - it was supposed to be here in May. Thanks.

Most international flight are cancelled during Coronavirus Pandemic. According to our stats, it takes about 43 days to arrive Australia, but some parcels took 83 days to arrive. Just be patient and watch your buyer protection period. If it is running out soon, ask for an extension or open dispute to claim a refund

Thanks - are talking about a PayPal dispute? Also PayPal buyer protection? Hopefully it will start moving before I need to do that.
