http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY476955255CN shows the parcel is still in Shanghai airport since Oct 9. It is more likely to be waiting airline space than lost. Sometimes waiting in airport can take 8 weeks without status update.

if you can not see update by early Dec, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
