Are you able to confirm the average time it takes for a shipment to be received in the US once the tracking indicates it’s in route to the airlines from Zhengzhou?

Show you Two examples, LS383805038CN and LS385465805CN arrived USA in 5 weeks after sent to airline from Zhengzhou

Our record shows many other parcels ,after sent to airline from Zhengzhou, will take about 3 to 5 weeks to reach USA receiver. So you need some patient. The parcel has more than 80% chance to arrive in Sept.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY396785408CN shows the parcel is still in zhengzhou airport waiting for flight space to USA. You can not see update before the parcel arrives USA. please be patient.

Once parcel arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php?code=LY396785408CN will show arrival info in USA location.

Do we know the estimated time it takes to find space and to make it to the US? What’s the normal time period under the pandemic.

Our record shows 40% parcels shipped during Aug 11 to Aug 20 have not arrived USA yet. You probably need wait another 10 to 20 days.

Please do not put your pass code in public website. The parcel will be delivered to your mailbox by USPS. You need contact your local USPS for delivery detail.
