Says it is waiting on Cargo space what does that mean it was supposed to ship to US on 8/2/20

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY366778448CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Aug 11. It is waiting for flight from China to USA. waiting time can take 2 to 4 weeks.

Once it arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php?code=LY366778448CN will show delivery info in USA.
