Hello,

I placed an order in late May and received notice that my order was in Shanghai on May 25th. It's been over a month and there have not been any updates to my order status. Did my order get lost in transit? Can you please provide me with more details about my order's status.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY263456004CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on May 26. It is still waiting for flight from China to USA.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to USA is about 7 weeks. Your parcel is slower than average but still in normal time frame(max time can take 117 days).

Once parcel arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php will show arrival info.
