Says package has been delivered but, I have not received it. I have video surveillance and was not delivered.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows LY248599266CN was delivered in or at the mailbox at 1:50 pm on June 1, 2020 in SEMINOLE, FL 33772.

If you did not get it , please contact USPS for delivery detail.

if you are not in Florida, it means your seller printed wrong address in the parcel. or he gave you wrong number.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
