I want to know an update about my package. If it hasn’t left China yet I would like my refund please. I’ve emailed several times now and haven’t gotten a response. My tracking number is LY245757161CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY245757161CN shows the parcel was sent to Shanghai airport on May 22. It is still there waiting for flight space to USA.

Now average waiting time USA is about 7 weeks. You won't see update before it gets space and arrives USA. This is normal, no need worry.
