My package was returned due to having the wrong address on the package how do I go about recovering this item for the correct address LY203817955CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY203817955CN shows the parcel was returned to shipper on Aug 22. It is in the hand of your seller(shipper).

You need ask shipper (seller) to send the parcel to your correct address again. Or you can open dispute to seller for refund.
