http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to USA is about 7 weeks. Your parcel is slower than average but still in normal time frame.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If you buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Once parcel arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php will show arrival info.

Suggest you open dispute with the website which was you order the purchase .
