My package supposedly shipped on April 10 which is 31 days ago. I did not expect it to take this long even with the pandemic happening. When I ordered from Amazon, I did not realize this would be coming from China. I needed this order to make face masks and pretty soon we won't even be needing them. Your tracking information is useless. Please tell me where my order is and when I will receive it. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS283216325CN was sent to Xi'an airport on April 20.

It is still in Xi'an airport waiting for flight to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
