Item was purchased on 4/1 and shipped on 4/4. There have been no updates since 4/16. Has this package been returned to the shipper or is it still expected to arrive in the US?

LY098730545CN was shipped from Jinan on Apr 7. it delayed in Jinan for 2 weeks and failed to catch flight. China Post transited this parcel to Shanghai airport on April 18. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to USA.

covid19 virus has cancelled most of airlines from China to USA. Many parcels are suffering the worst delay in history. So your parcel will keep waiting a couple of more weeks.

Once parcel arrives USA, USPS.com will show the arrival information . You can use same tracking number to track this parcel in http://www.usps.com.
