http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY059829000CN was shipped from Shenzhen to USA on April 1. It is still in Shenzhen.

coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china since early Feb. China Post highly depending on international passenger flight to send parcel oversea. Shenzhen area has the worst delay in China . So we believe your parcel need wait some more time until the covid-19 crisis ends.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to claim refund first. You can pay back to seller after receiving parcel in future.
