I have yet to recieve my product I requested 2 months ago Amazon is now saying it’s lost. I would like some clarification of my package thank you

LY056030286CN was shipped on Mar 29. It was delayed in Beijing warehouse for more than one month. China Post sent it to Beijing on May 2nd. It is waiting for flight to USA. I believe you will get this item sooner or later. It just takes some lengthy time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you can open dispute to seller for refund. You can pay back to seller after you get the goods in future.
