My package shows "Departure export customs" twice, and I am not sure what that means. It is supposed to be shipped to the US. Is it on its way?

Actually, I mixed up my two packages. The one that says "Departure export customs" twice is #LY053659024CN. Sorry. Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was just shipped on April 9 from Shenzhen to USA. It is waiting for flight space.

China Post has serious airline shortage caused. by covid19 pandemic. You might experience some delay. please be patient.

There has not been an update for LY053659024CN in two weeks. Does that mean it is still waiting for flight space?
