I ordered this package in January and it has been sitting in Zhengzhou for months now. Can you tell what is going on?

your seller actually delayed the parcel for 2 months. he actually shipped the goods on Mar 24.The parcel then suffered covid19 delay and is still in Guangzhou.

I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund.

it has 80% chance to arrive in future. It just takes time.
