Hi there,

I was curious as to where the package is at. Last update I've seen was the package went through Los Angeles United States customs back on April 2nd. Will there be any more updates? I understand if it's stuck there because of Covid-19. My tracking number is LY042338783CN

usps.com shows LY042338783CN has been processed through our facility in ISC LOS ANGELES CA (USPS) at 2:09 pm on April 2, 2020.

This is a little bit strange as parcel normally will be released from US customs in LAX no more than 3 days. Your parcel seems to have serious delay. You need call USPS for more detail.
