LY019828955CN was shipped from Changsha on Mar 19. China Post sent it to CSX airport on Mar 22. It is waiting for flight space from CSX to Los Angeles airport(LAX) since then.

coronavirus has cancelled most airlines from China to USA and made serious delay. Our latest report shows waiting time to USA can up to 3 months, so you might need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend the protection or open dispute to seller for refund.
