The tracking is quite helpful and accurate. However, my parcel shows as being delivered on August 12 and I have not received it. I already inquired if it was delivered with one of my neighbours , but that is also not the case. Can you please verify what happened?

I investigated the delivery with the local post office and the package happened to be delivered to a total different address in Belgium (in a city called Lontzen). Bpost does not accept any request from me for an inquiry as you will need to do so. Can you please initiate an investigation.?

Maybe the seller did not following the China Post instrction and printed wrong address , or they provide you the wrong tracking number.
Suggest you contact the seller or the website which you ordered the purchase to open dispute.
