Missing my parcel on this tracking number. It went to the wrong address and the sender is not replying to my emails and New Zealand post cannot help

NZpost website shows LX216495300CN was delivered by Post office in Beckenham. If your order address is not to Beckenham, It means you are scammed. Your seller used other people's tracking number to cheat your money. you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
