Hi,
My parcel LX212173043CN is in Guangzhou for "Dispatched from Office of Exchange" since the 2020-07-25 15:24:40, can I hope for a shipment? or request a refund from my seller? 😕

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX212173043CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jul 25. It is still waiting for flight to France.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to France is about 6 weeks. Your parcel is still in normal time frame. please be patient.

Thank you for your fast answer, I often order products from China. And generally the update times for the orders are quite fast.

"All China Post services , airmail, ePacket and EMS have suffered the worst delay ", I understand.
