HI the tracking system shows this parcel " on route " from Shanghai EMS since 21/04/2020 and I would like to know if it normally takes this long to arrive

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX104145286CN was shipped from China to UK on April 20. It was sent to Shanghai airport on April 22 and is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives UK, Royal Mail WEBSITE will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller
