Where is my package? Ordered over 8 weeks ago! You cannot continue to use COVID-19 as an excuse! UK has been worse hit than China and our postal system is still working!
I have ordered other products that have been shipped frim China and they have already arrived. Literally within in 14 days of ordering.
If China Post is now in controll of my product then you are responsible for it. If you cannot gaurantee its delivery or ETA, then you can refund me.

Our latest report shows average shipping waiting time to UK is about 53 days. Your parcel is a little bit slower than average but still in normal time frame.

I suggest you wait 10 to 20 more days . Once parcel arrives UK, you can track latest arrival info in http://track-chinapost.com/startukpost.php
