I saw this shipment tracking was held at Custom since April 4. Since then no update? What takes so long for an outgoing parcel? Will it ever leave China. It is a pain even to ask for tracking number.

LX085589687CN was rejected by Zhengzhou airport customs on April 5. You will not get this parcel in future.

If this is a purchase, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
