http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX059557893CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Italy on Mar 18. It is still in Shenzhen

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Italy. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from Shenzhen. If lucky, you might get it in next 2 weeks, if not lucky, you might need wait 2 months.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
