http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW362593372CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Changsha office to US on Dec 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

such no-information period can take 20 to 30 days . Once USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute to paypal/facebook for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
