I ordered two emulation devices on June 11th and they were shipped on June 18th. The tracking says that on June 20th it departed export customs but I haven't gotten an update past that in the last six weeks. It is still being held by China customs? Or is it being held by US customs?

usps.com shows LT821649566CN has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 12:43 pm on June 25, 2019.

Normally after arriving ISC Chicago , parcel will be delivered in 5 to 10 days, your parcel seems to have problem in USPS system. Please call USPS for delivery detail.
