I ordered my product April 19th and it has said it has been in Tijuan EMS since May the 5th. I am wondering why it is taking so long.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS318755481CN was shipped from China to USA on Apr 27 and was sent to Tianjin airport on May 2. It is still in Tianjin airport.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and worst delay in history. You need wait some more time(at least 2 to 4 more weeks).

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
