My order was shipped over a month ago and the tracking shows that it arrived for transport on 3/15. Today is 4/14 and the status has not changed. Can you tell me where my package is? LS263650422CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS263650422CN was just shipped from Zhengzhou to USA on Mar 15. It is still in China

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from China. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
