My package has been sitting since January 22.
Can somebody help me with information on the above tracking number?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS220724030CN was shipped from Wuhan (the center of coronavirus) on Jan 22 when Coronavirus has already spread.

Since Jan 23 , government has stopped all public transit in Wuhan and most of the people are required to stay at home. All airlines are cancelled. Highway and trains from/to Wuhan area are closed.

The provincial level quarantine just finished last week. But international airline from Wuhan has not started yet. Thousands of January parcels are still not moving.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.

I order 2 watches on March 31st my tracking number is LY109568344CN but everytime I check for results there nothing you say 15 days it been 10 days. My order number is 2643

you are very likely to be scammed.
two reasons :
1)Watch has battery inside and often be rejected by China Post safety check point, So normally watch sellers do not use China Post ePacket to ship watches. Your seller gave you China Post ePacket tracking number, this is strange.
2)1)China Post has no shipping record of LY109568344CN. This means your seller has not shipped anything yet.

If I were you , I will open dispute to paypal for refund.
