I placed an order with back on October 11 received an email from Amazon that it shipped on October 17 with this tracking number LS104632460CN , I tried to track it but is says tracking number not found. Can you please provide me with the tracking and where my package is?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS104632460CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to amazon against fraud.
