In past 40 days, china cancelled more than 80% international airlines. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. The situation becomes worse from in the past week because China stopped all international airlines to prevent cross-border travel. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.
