LP00172183449377 has nothing to do with China Post. it is from 4px ,a private shipping company.

4PX website shows it was shipped on May 3 . It is still in China waiting for flight to Singapore. After arriving Singapore, the parcel will be shipped again to USA with Singapore Post . Singapore Post tracking number will be EX217431861SG . After parcel arrives USA, you can use EX217431861SG same number to track status in http://www.usps.com. But this should be after 30 to 90 days from now.
