Hello there!
My parcel is lost. Tracking note states it was delivered, but it wasn't. Canada post said it is China post responsible for finding it. I'm not sure what to do now. Help!!!

We don't have your tracking number. So it is very difficult to figure out your problem.

Normally Canada Post should help you to find the parcel if their website shows the parcel is delivered. Otherwise why they post the status as "delivered", it is quite irresponsible and strange.
