My item was ordered from LUVCASE on 7/20/2020. I never received my item. Tracking number is LS390855088CN. Can u please assit me with the location of this item??

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS390855088CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jul 25. It is still in China waiting for flight to USA. waiting time can take 4 to 8 weeks, please wait some more time. Once parcel arrives US, you will get new update.

This is unacceptable. I ordered this product on 7/20/2020. It has already been 4 weeks. This amount of shipping time was not stated on LUV Case website. Are u sure this package was not lost in transit?
