Hi, it has now been a month since I received any kind of tracking update and almost two months since my package was dropped off to you. I know coronavirus is complicating things, but where is my package? I need to know. This is taking way longer than I was told. My tracking number is LY201976146CN.

China Post 1st quarter arrival time statistics report http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows that on average it takes 50 days to arrive USA, but some parcel took 115 days to arrive. If your buyer protection is expiring you might ask for extension or open dispute.
