Hi
I'm trying to track a package through China Post.
Tracking number is- UM797429369CN.
It has had no update since 28th April 2020.Can you please help?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UM797429369CN shows the parcel was sent to airport on April 28.

this kind of tracking number starting with U is called China Post ordinary small parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
