Dear sirs,

i bought medical machine on ebay but it still has not arrived. Its been over month from the order now. 29 days in tranzit too. This is tracking number: UI523409976CN

Now nor the seller or me as buyer we dont know where this packet is and it has a big value.

Please help and write us regarding this package location and status. Is it LOST?
Has there been some delay?

UI523409976CN was shipped on Jul 3.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
