Hello,
I sent a package CP359539059CN on from China to Israel on 28 August 2019.
The package did not arrive yet (today is 29 October 2019).
It shows that the package departed Guangzhou on 2 Sep 2019.
The status of the package is still "In Transit".
I checked and the package did not arrive to the post in Israel.
Please HELP.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive Israel in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.
