I order this item back in early December and still haven’t received it. I know that due to Covid all shipments and deliveries are significantly delayed but could you please let me know the status of my item and IF it will be delivered. My tracking code is LO551370193CN.

Unfortunately, last update was back in January, there is a 90% chance your package has been lost. If it is not already too late, please file a dispute or chargeback to get your money back

With who do I file a dispute with exactly?? I ordered in December and gave the benefit of doubt that it was delayed because of the pandemic, I’m so annoyed

Report it to whoever you bought it from, the seller. If they can’t help, use your bank to help you
