I would like to ask about the current status of my international shipment.

Tracking number: CY735782148DE

The tracking information has not been updated for several days, and I would like to know whether the shipment is currently being held at customs and if any additional information or documents are required from me.

CY735782148DE arrived Suzhou on Aug 17 but the recipient has not made customs clearance. Did you write recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel? If not, it will be a big problem for China Post to send notification to the recipient, also parcel can't be delivered without mobile phone number in China.
