Can you, please check the tracking number: LE037060841CN sent on 28.09.2019, where it is, or is at all a valid number?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LE037060841CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, but never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
