I haven't had the update of my parcel for almost a month, where is it? Please. My tracking number is CY518679370DE.

CY518679370DE arrived China Post Beijing office on Dec 10. Receiver need go to China Post Beijing head office, pay duty and collect the parcel.

How many days will the post office keep the parcel before it is sent back to the sender?

Every post office has different return deadline. My suggestion is too arrange pickup asap.
