My order LY238734077CN has been returned to shaoxing I cannot get in contact with the company I bought the item from (they are not responding) flower teddy. How can I get my shipment that has been paid for

Since you can‘t get in touch with the seller, I don't think the seller will send the parcel to you again.
so I'd suggest you contact with the website from which you bought the item and open dispute for a refund.
